Political debate – PAM Secretary General, Abdellatif Ouahbi, announced this Saturday, April 17, that his party has a solid foothold within Moroccan society, and that the latter is free of any confidence-related crisis or internal conflicts, contrary to political speculations.
During his press conference at Fquih Tétouanais Foundation in Salé, Ouahbi addressed a number of topics including health and education.
Ouahbi expressed his views openly with regard to PAM’s relations vis-à-vis its political opponents, namely the Justice and Development Party (PJD) and the National Rally of Independents (RNI).
Ouahbi has also revealed that PAM’s competent bodies are currently preparing “a detailed and precise program in light of the 2021 elections” in order to meet the expectations of Moroccan voters.
+ Unorthodox attitude… +
Moreover, Ouahbi addressed the “unorthodox” attitude shown by several RNI members in various Moroccan regions, prior to the 2021 elections.
Meanwhile, Ouahbi emphasized the importance of his recent visit to Tunisia where he met several Tunisian political leaders, including Ghannouchi, who expressed his willingness to strengthen Moroccan-Tunisian and inter-Maghreb relations.
The debate has also covered the Young Democrats of America’s (YDA) recent visit to Dakhla, and the ties that link the latter to PAM’s youth.
More details will be provided over this meeting, which lasted over two and a half hours.
