Ouahbi and Fatima-Zahra Mansouri visit Rehamna province

– – “PAM’s organizational problems within Rehamna province to come to an end, as communal bodies express their commitment to the party’s new dynamic”

PAM Secretary General, Abdellatif Ouahbi, accompanied by the President of the National Council, Fatima-Zahra Mansouri, arrived to Rehamna province on a visit, to participate in a communicative meeting featuring the head of the regional council, Ahmed Akhchichen, in addition to the heads of communal councils, the president of the provincial council, the regional secretary, and several party MPs.

Abdellatif Ouahbi:

During the meeting, Abdellatif Ouahbi, provided a series of clarifications with regard to the latest organizational developments in Rehamna province, stressing that the party’s militants (within the said region) are capable of overcoming their problems in all prosperity.

Within the same context, Ouahbi stated that the meeting was rather lively, provided the fruitful exchange of views and visions, as well as the party’s eagerness to restore its advanced position, noting that PAM as a party grants all militants the right to express themselves freely, in the prospect of creating a strong link between militants and their leaderships.

“This meeting was witness to a highly-praised democratic debate, upon which PAM militants expressed their views openly, and managed to elaborate a proper solution to the issue at hand”, he added.

Ouahbi also called on his fellow militants to get over their differences and approach matters objectively, for what matters the most is “for all party components to respect and commit to the decisions in force”.

Fatima-Zahra Mansouri:

For her part, the President of the National Council, Fatima-Zahra Mansouri, stated that the party’s structures within Rehamna province shall be distinguished nationwide due to the enormous efforts made by the region’s communes, recalling that Rehamna is PAM’s birthplace, thus it stands as the party’s most sacred and symbolic region.

With regard to the issues at hand, Mansouri indicated that the nature of the crisis was neither political nor relational, for the problem was rather communicative, claiming that Covid-19 repercussions added insult to injury, despite the relevant work conducted by the National Elections Committee in collaboration with the party’s leadership.

“The lack of communication between our structures has led to a series of misunderstandings that can only be solved by strengthening our institutions”, Mansouri added.

Mansouri also affirmed that both PAM militants and Rehamna citizens are welcome to contribute to the party’s vision within the region, calling all bodies to join forces in order to achieve better results.

In conclusion, Mansouri stressed that the party’s record within the Marrakesh-Safi region is quite impressive, pointing that Mr. Ahmed Khchichn has inaugurated a series of structural projects for the heads of communes to preserve and support.
