Parliament – PAM’s MP Mbarka Safa urges the Ministry of Culture to upgrade and improve the situation of its employees

PAM Deputy within the House of Representatives, Mbarka Safa, addressed a written question to the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, with regard to the Ministry of Culture’s enforcement employees.

In her correspondence, Safa stressed that the employees in question, especially those who are deemed active within youth centres, Women’s associations, kindergarten institutions, camps, reception centres and administrative departments, are currently enduring difficult conditions, due to the ambiguity surrounding their administrative status, despite Morocco’s outstanding progress in terms of human rights, social coherence and economic growth.

Within the same context, Safa declared that the Moroccan Ministry of Culture was always in favor of establishing a dialogue and opening a productive debate with regard to the said employees, in order to find appropriate solutions to all their problems via the principles of justice and equity.

In conclusion, Safa called on the Ministry of Culture to take all necessary measures in order to ensure justice and equity for all of its employees.
