PAM nominates Mohamed Hamouti to serve as the party’s electoral list deputy within Al Hoceima district

PAM’s futuristic vision and excellent sense of judgement represent, without a doubt, the party’s greatest asset, upon selecting candidates for the communal, regional and legislative elections, scheduled on September 08.

PAM’s structures within Al Hoceima, for instance, are no strangers to the party’s vision, for they eye first spot throughout all of the above.

In this respect, PAM politburo nominated fellow militant and political pioneer, Mohamed Hamouti, to serve as the party’s electoral list deputy within the region.

Hamouti was born in Al Hoceima, where he grew up to become a brilliant mathematician, for he managed to obtain a B.A in Mathematical sciences from Paris. Hamouti is known to be “overly serious”, however, he is considered to be a good interlocutor and a persuasive listener.

Hamouti was among the first names to join PAM party back in 2008, for he has since been blessed with several tasks, mainly the National Elections Committee’s presidency in 2016, upon which the party ranked 2nd with 102 seats.

Hamouti was elected party MP upon the 2016 elections, and served as a member of the Finance and Economic Development Committee within the House of Representatives during the 2016-2021 legislative mandate.

In light of the above, PAM politburo decided to assign Hamouti to the National Elections Committee’s chairmanship in the prospect of preparing for the upcoming elections, and nominated the latter for the second time in a row to serve as the party’s electoral list deputy within Al Hoceima.

It is noteworthy that Hamouti’s list features the former president of Bni Bouayach communal council, Said Akrouj, fellow militant and merchant, Boujemaa Menchih, and former member of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima regional secretariat, AbdelHakim El Morabet.
