PAM Secretary General, Abdellatif Ouahbi, has recently presented the party’s cultural program during his official visit to Asilah.
“Asila is of great significance to our nation as a whole, therefore, it requires its respective politicians and representatives to mark their intellectual presence for the good of the city”, Ouahbi said during a communicative meeting with the party’s candidates for the upcoming elections in Asilah, noting that the latter enjoys several cultural aspects and intellectual competencies that shall promote the city’s developmental path.
“The cultural aspect is essential to every party’s program”, Ouahbi declared, stressing that PAM gives great priority to culture in all its programs and electoral commitments upon resuming duties within Morocco’s institutions.
Ouahbi also stated that the use of unjustified monetary funds is unlikely to find its way to Asilah for the city enjoys significant cultural and intellectual aspects that tend to consolidate the principles of democracy.
“The cultural aspect in Morocco has been going through a dry spell for over 10 years with the exception of Asilah, therefore, the latter shall be promoted all over the country by encouraging arts and theatre”, he added.
“PAM party is on the right path”, Ouahbi indicated, claiming that the party shall win the elections as opposed to speculations.
“The party shall mainly focus on its organizational aspect through the creation of new and independent youth and women organizations, in the prospect of enjoying an even broader presence throughout the 2026 elections”, Ouahbi said in reference to the elections’ aftermath.
For his part, PAM’s candidate in Asilah, Mohamed Benaïssa, stated that Ouahbi’s visit to the city is of great significance to the party structures as a whole, noting that the latter has participated productively to Asilah’s cultural events, upon which he shed light on several capital-related issues.
