Minister of Justice Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi has confirmed that, resident judges are citizens who have not benefited from the state services, that’s why the Ministry is preparing a study about the requirements of resident judge that will be presented before the Parliament.
The Minister has also outlined in his response to deputies’ questions during the oral questions session held last Monday, that the Ministry will be heading towards presenting larger means and specialties for resident judges and will build new courts of justice in resident judges areas.
