Minister of Justice Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi, attended on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, the public session debate about the bill number 38.15 which concerns judicial organization at the House of Counselors Justice and Legislation commission.
The bill number 38.15 about the Kingdom’s judicial organization enters in the context of completing legal arsenal susceptible to help implement the project of reforming the justice apparatus, especially in the aftermath of the constitution of the Higher Council of the Judicial Power and the relocation of the General Prosecution Presidency to the King’s Attorney General at the Court of Appeal.
This bill aims at controlling the relationships between the judicial power, the General Prosecution presidency and the Ministry in charge of Justice, and also at defining the Ministry’s competencies in managing judiciary administration.
