The Ministry of Digital Transformation and Administrative Reform organized last Monday, March 21, 2022 a reception ceremony to present the 14th session of the “Distinguish 2021” national award for digital administration; the Ministry of Justice was actually awarded that award for its platform “the e-national registry for transferred warranties” handed over to the Justice Ministry Secretary General and his working team, for the fifth time.
This e-national registry for transferred warranties platform is considered as an information programming through which all types of mortgages are publicized without possession through restriction and annexed restrictions measures via a special website https:/rnesm.justice.gov.ma, in order to make easier and digitalize administrative procedures, by endorsing on-line measures in short time without presenting any paper or hard copy document, relying on electronic performance for all applications.
It’s worth mentioning that the “Distinguish” award has been organized annually since 2005 in the context of encouraging and improving e-public services in Morocco. It is a symbolic award aimed at rekindling positive competition values among various components of public administration, public institutions and enterprises, local communes and public management companies to develop e- public services. A special committee is responsible for selecting the best e-public services candidates for that award is made up of highly-qualified members with large experience in e-administration and computer and information sciences in general from both the public and the private sectors.
