Parliamentarian deputy Mr. Hamid Ouahbi has submitted a written question to Minister of Economic Integration, Small Enterprises, Employment and Competencies, about measures and alternative procedures which the Ministry will take to open new job opportunities for young Moroccans holders of higher degree certificates in Morocco in general and in Agadir in particular, which is suffering from exclusion.
Mr. Ouahbi has disclosed that ten thousands educated young Moroccans holders of high degree certificates in Morocco and in Agadir in particular are living very bad jobless situation, due to lack of job opportunities; the fact which has negative implications, psychologically and socially, on this community and could not consequently contribute to its country’s development.
In the same context, Ouahbi has shed light on some hard decisions taken by the government when it has defined age of employment in some important sectors at 30 years, which has actually disqualified a large category of citizens above 30 years holders of high degree certificates.
