Minister of Justice, Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi, received last Tuesday, November 22, 2022 the General Attorney of the Republic of Vietnam, Mr. Minh Tri and his accompanying delegation on the margin of a working visit to the Moroccan Kingdom extended from November 20 through 25, 2022.
Both side have talked about the importance of these meetings in strengthening bilateral cooperation and reflect the aspirations of both institutions to develop bilateral cooperation, in full conformity with the goals and issues of common interest.
The meeting was an occasion for Minister of Justice Mr. Ouahbi to get his Vietnamese guest informed about major achievements and gains achieved by the Moroccan Kingdom in different fields, especially in terms of defending human rights and implementing the principles of new governance.
In the same context, Minister Ouahbi has presented the roles played by the Ministry of Justice, and major open projects it is working on such as modernization and digitization of the judiciary administration, rehabilitation of infrastructure and human resources.
From his own side, the General Attorney of the Republic of Vietnam has praised the Moroccan experience, expressing his desire for exchange of experiences to make benefits and expressing his determination to extend cooperation bridges between both states.
Both sides have expressed their willingness to develop bilateral cooperation and support common action and establish mechanisms of partnership to serve both countries’ citizens in the field of justice.
