Minister of Justice: We are watching over in close cooperation with our partners to implement digitization program in the judiciary system in the short and medium terms

Minister of Justice Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi has announced the official startup of four new digital services to be added to other services presented by the Ministry of Justice: Portal to submit amnesty requests, conditional liberty platform for e-exchanges with judiciary commissioners, a space for the Ministry of Justice about complaints and an updated version of a court’s artificial application called Mahakim Mobile, which is considered as the unique gate to have access to different court’s services.

Minister Ouahbi stated during the launching ceremony, hosted by the Higher Institute for Judges, last Monday, April 10, 2023, and attended by Minister of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, President delegate of the Higher Council for Judiciary Power, President of the General Prosecutor  Office, Minister delegate in charge of National Defense administration and other officials from the Justice department, that the process of updating the justice system and digitization of its different services has an important place in supreme royal messages and speeches and that digital courts get their essential  background from royal instructions as expressed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI on many occasions based on a new concept for judiciary reform “justice at the service of citizens”

Minister Ouahbi has highlighted that the Justice Ministry is watching over in close cooperation with its partners to implement this intensive program in order to accelerate digitization transition for the judiciary apparatus in the short and medium terms.

Minister of Justice has called on all justice staff in general to contribute to improving those e-services by using them and therefore express their own opinion to meet their expectations.
