Minister of Justice: Increasing the number of justice courts at national level does not pose a problem more than the limited number of judges

​Minister of Justice Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi has stated that increasing the number of justice courts at the kingdom’s national level, to bring judiciary services closer to citizens, does not pose a problem more that the limited number of judges.

​Minister Ouahbi informed in his response to MPs questions during the oral question session held last Monday, that the number of judges who graduated this year does not exceed 800 judges, in addition to number of retired and those who have departed for other reasons.

​Minister of Justice has made clear that works have been accomplished regarding court of first instance in Errachidiya; rehabilitation and reparation works are under way in judiciary centers in Erfoud, Rissani, Guelmima, Errich, Imilchil, Midelt and the construction of a court of appeal in Ouarzazat.
