Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, Mr. Abdellatif Miraoui has attended the sixth edition of the annual world conference “Forum of Morocco’s today” hosted by “Le Matin-Group” under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI under the slogan “a king’s vision—the social state on its track to achieve an integrated Morocco.”
In his intervention during the conference second session on the topic “a social state insightful to efficient public policies”, Minister Miraoui has made clear that developing human capital holds a pivotal position as a leverage to integrated public policies and at the same time its major goal, and this approach applies particularly to our country due to demographic characteristics it enjoys and most particularly its young population.
Minister Miraoui, on the same occasion, has shed light on many major open projects in relation with the national plan to accelerate the transformation of higher education, scientific research and innovation system known as (PACT ESRI 2023) in compliance with His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s supreme instructions calling for accelerating the pace towards an integrated and solidarity-oriented society for all, and which puts human component in the core of public policies priorities.
Many national and international personalities, including government members, the Wali of Casablanca-Settat, President of the area and representatives from other consulting constitutional bodies have participated in this conference.
