In a brief statement to the media on the margin of the second national convention of social assistants, hosted last Tuesday, October 3, 2023, jointly by the Ministry of Justice and the UNFC, Minister of Justice Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi has confirmed that “you should know that the job of social assistants is one of the most important jobs which have humanitarian, administrative and functional values in the judiciary working system, and we want those assistants to be at the service of litigants and also helping all categories of peoples having access to justice courts”.
Minister Ouahbi, while praising the daily mission carried out by social assistants, has stressed that “we should also give this function its real value and open promising functional procedures for social assistants and give them the possibility for on-going training and grade promotions so that they could fulfill their job in good working conditions and also we could be at the level of judiciary services coffered to litigants and citizens seeking help inside justice courts.”
