Le PAM plaide pour la création d’une province à El Mahbès, au Sahara marocain
Le Parti authenticité et modernité (PAM) a réclamé la création d’une nouvelle province à El Mahbès, au Sahara marocain, pour répondre à la nouvelle dynamique politique, militaire et administrative que connaissent les régions du Sud-Est du Maroc.
Dans une question écrite adressée au ministre de l’Intérieur, le député et secrétaire général du PAM, Me Abdellatif Ouahbi a justifié le besoin d’une nouvelle province à El Mahbès par l’importance du découpage administratif et territoriale dans la mise en œuvre des choix stratégiques du Royaume, en particulier le renforcement de la décentralisation et de la concentration, et pour accompagner les développements que connaissent les régions frontalières du Sud-Est.
Le PAM relève que la dynamique politique, militaire et administrative que vit cette région exige la coordination administrative et l’interaction rapide avec l’administration centrale pour répondre aux besoins pressants de la population locale.
Ainsi, indique Me Ouabhi dans cette question écrite, la création d’une nouvelle province dans cette région sous l’appellation « Province d’El Mahbès », comprenant la commune d’El Mahbès et d’autres régions limitrophes, est devenue une nécessité impérieuse pour satisfaire les aspirations de la population et servir les intérêts de la Nation.
