Patrimoine culturel immatériel: Mise en lumière à Rabat de la place de l’art du conte traditionnel dans la mémoire populaire marocaine
Une performance artistique a mis en lumière, lundi à Rabat, la place de la « halqa », en particulier, dans la mémoire populaire marocaine, et du patrimoine culturel immatériel marocain en général.
Organisée par l’Association des rencontres de l’éducation et de la culture, dans le cadre de la 17ème session du Comité intergouvernemental de l’UNESCO pour la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel, cette performance, marquée par la présence d’un public international et multiculturel, a été l’opportunité de mettre en avant les patrimoines culturels et populaires marocains.
Lors de ce rendez-vous artistique, qui a connu la présence du grand conteur marocain Yassine Regragui (103 ans) et de plusieurs artistes conteurs marocains, les performeurs ont interprété le personnage folklorique « Baba Achour », afin de restituer le rôle du conteur dans l’art du conte traditionnel marocain.
« Cette célébration est une occasion pour mettre en lumière l’art de la « halqa » au Maroc, étant donné que le Royaume fait partie des rares pays qui préservent encore l’art du conte en tant que patrimoine culturel immatériel hérité », a déclaré à la MAP Najma Ghozali Tay-Tay, présidente de l’Association des rencontres de l’éducation et de la culture.
« L’art du conte traditionnel « halqa » est un héritage culturel important dans le folklore marocain », a-t-elle ajouté, mettant en avant le rôle de la place « Jemaa El-Fna », qui a été classée par l’UNESCO en 2001 au patrimoine oral et immatériel de l’humanité, dans la préservation du patrimoine culturel populaire marocain transmis de génération en génération.
Mme Tay-Tay a également souligné que le défi est de savoir transmettre ce folklore marocain aux jeunes générations, et ce en utilisant la technologie numérique moderne.
Cette performance artistique a été marqué par la présence des deux artistes conteuses « Ajuba » et « princesse Stella », surnommée l’ambassadrice des contes du Maroc, qui ont gratifiées le public présent de leurs créativités artistiques et folkloriques, mettent ainsi en avant la richesse et la diversité du patrimoine culturel africain et marocain.
Le coup d’envoi des travaux de la 17ème session du Comité intergouvernemental de l’UNESCO de sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel a été donné lundi à Rabat, sous la présidence du Maroc et avec la participation de ministres et de représentants de la société civile de 180 pays, ainsi que des responsables de l’UNESCO.
L’ordre du jour de cette 17ème session prévoit l’examen de 24 rapports sur un élément inscrit sur la Liste du patrimoine culturel immatériel nécessitant une sauvegarde urgente et de 42 rapports des États parties d’Europe sur la mise en oeuvre de la Convention de 2003 et sur l’état actuel des éléments inscrits sur la Liste représentative.
Le Comité planchera aussi sur 4 candidatures pour la Liste de sauvegarde urgente, 46 candidatures pour la Liste représentative, 5 propositions pour le Registre de bonnes pratiques et une demande d’assistance internationale.
La Convention pour la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel est un traité de l’UNESCO adopté par la Conférence générale de l’organisation onusienne le 17 octobre 2003 et entré en vigueur en 2006.
Outre le Maroc, le Comité intergouvernemental de sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel de l’UNESCO est composé de l’Allemagne, l’Angola, l’Arabie saoudite, le Bangladesh, le Botswana, le Brésil, le Burkina Faso, la Côte d’Ivoire, l’Éthiopie, l’Inde, la Malaisie, la Mauritanie, l’Ouzbékistan, le Panama, le Paraguay, le Pérou, la République de Corée, le Rwanda, la Slovaquie, la Suède, la Suisse, la Tchéquie et le Viet Nam.
