La ministre de la Transition énergétique et du développement durable, Leïla Benali, a affirmé, mardi à Rabat, que l’accès à l’énergie électrique produite à partir de sources renouvelables permettra à l’ensemble des entreprises, y compris celles privées, d’améliorer leur facture énergétique.
Cet accès permettra également aux entreprises de fournir des produits répondant aux normes imposées aux « produits verts », qui seront exemptés de la future taxe carbone, a indiqué Mme Benali en réponse à une question orale à la Chambre des conseillers sur « Les mesures de libéralisation de l’énergie moyenne tension pour les petites et moyennes entreprises marocaines afin d’améliorer leur compétitivité et de les préparer à la taxe carbone en 2023 », posée par le groupe de la CGEM. Elle a fait état, à cet égard, de l’élaboration en cours d’un système de certification de l’origine de l’électricité produite à partir de sources d’énergies renouvelables afin de permettre aux industriels, aux entrepreneurs et au tissu entrepreneurial de prouver la source des énergies qu’ils utilisent dans leur chaîne de production, et d’éviter ainsi à l’avenir toute taxe carbone. Le gouvernement, a-t-elle poursuivi, œuvrait depuis octobre 2021 à accélérer la transition énergétique et à développer les énergies renouvelables, conformément aux Hautes orientations de SM le Roi, ainsi qu’aux hautes instructions du Souverain lors de la séance de travail du mardi 22 novembre 2022, à travers une batterie de mesures, dont la décision conjointe permettant aux industriels et aux entrepreneurs d’accéder aux énergies renouvelables par les réseaux électriques moyenne tension, dans le cadre de la loi relative aux énergies renouvelables, en plus de la décision définissant les zones d’accueil des projets d’énergie solaire qui permettra l’octroi des autorisations administratives pour le développement de moyens et petits projets.
