آيت اصحا يطالب بخلق هيئة وطنية للمجتمع المدني لتوحيد الجهود وتقييم أثر السياسات العمومية

شدد المستسار البرلماني لحسن آيت اصحا ؛ على أهمية تعزيز التعاون بين السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية لتحسين جودة التشريعات والسياسات العمومية، مشيرا إلى ضرورة الالتزام بالمبادئ الدستورية لفصل وتوازن السلط بما يخدم تطوير العمل البرلماني.

وأكد آيت اصحا، في مداخلة له باسم الفريق خلال مناقشة الميزانية الفرعية للوزارة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالعلاقات مع البرلمان برسم سنة 2025، (أكد) على أهمية دعم الدبلوماسية البرلمانية للدفاع عن الوحدة الترابية للمملكة، استجابة لتوجيهات الخطاب الملكي السامي، مطالبا بمزيد من التنسيق بين الحكومة وممثلي الأمة لتعزيز الجهود الوطنية في مواجهة المناورات الخارجية.

وفيما يتعلق بالحصيلة البرلمانية، أثنى المستشار البرلماني على أداء المستشارين وجهودهم في التشريع والرقابة، مشيرا إلى تحسن تجاوب الحكومة مع الأسئلة الكتابية، لافتا إلى بطء بعض القطاعات الحكومية في التفاعل مع البرلمان، وضعف نسبة المصادقة على مقترحات القوانين مقارنة بالمبادرات التشريعية المطروحة.

كما دعا المتحدث ذاته إلى تمكين المجتمع المدني من أداء دوره الحيوي في التنمية وتعزيز الديمقراطية التشاركية، من خلال تحسين آليات العرائض والملتمسات، واقترح إنشاء هيئة وطنية للمجتمع المدني لتوحيد الجهود وتقييم أثر السياسات العمومية.

وفي ختام المداخلة، أشاد المستشار البرلماني بعرض الوزارة المكلفة بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، معربًا عن دعمه للجهود المبذولة للارتقاء بأداء الوزارة وتعزيز مكانتها كحلقة وصل أساسية بين السلطتين.
