إلياس العماري على رأس وفد في زيارة ميدانية إلى مانشستر وكورنوال البريطانيتين.

بدعوة من وزارة الخارجية البريطانية ، يقود رئيس مجلس جهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة السيد إلياس العماري وفدا عن الجهة في زيارة ميدانية على مدى أسبوع إلى مانشستر وكورنوال.

وتوجت الزيارة باجتماع ثنائي بين السيد العماري ومسؤول شمال إفريقيا بالخارجية البريطانية السيد نيكولا ويليامز، تلاه اجتماع موسع حضره أعضاء الوفد.

وانصب اللقاء على تدارس إمكانية توسيع الشراكة الموجودة بين الجانبين لتشمل مجالات التكوين والشغل ودعم المقاولات الصغرى.

يذكر أن أبريل الماضي شهد توقيع مجلس جهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة ومؤسسة DAIEurope Ltd على مذكرة تفاهم لوضع إطار لشراكة مؤسساتية بين الطرفين، تهدف لتعزيز سبل التعاون اللامركزي ودعم الجهوية المتقدمة عبر برنامج وزارة الخارجية FCO الذي تبلغ تكلفته الإجمالية 7 مليار سنتيم.

وتتولى الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع بجهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة تنفيذ هذا البرنامج إلى جانب مؤسسة “DAI Europe Ltd” التي اختيرت كشريك من طرف سفارة المملكة المتحدة بالمغرب بعد وضع برامج عمل محددة تهم بالأساس تعزيز القدرات الإدارية والتدبيرية لمنتخبي مجلس الجهة وموظفي إدارتها، ومصاحبة الجهة في تنزيل وتحيين برنامج التنمية الجهوية، وتعزيز منظومة التواصل الاستراتيجي بالجهة، وكذا دعم آليات التعاون المشترك بين مجلس الجهة والمجتمع المدني بجهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة.
