احميدي يترأس اجتماعا لتدارس إطار للتدبير المشترك في مجال حفظ الصحة وقطاع المسالك والطرق القروية

ترأس؛ امحمد احميدي؛ رئيس مجلس عمالة طنجة- أصيلة، يوم الخميس 28 نوننر 2024، بمقر المجلس، اجتماعا تشاوريا تحضيريا، جمعه ببعض رؤساء مجالس الجماعات التابعة لتراب عمالة طنجة-أصيلة، وبحضور ممثل قسم الجماعات الترابية بولاية الجهة، ورئيس قسم حفظ الصحة بجماعة طنجة وممثل رئيس مجلس جهة طنجة- تطوان- الحسيمة، وبعض أطر إدارة المجلس.

وخصصت أشغال اللقاء لتدارس مشروع اتفاقية شراكة تتعلق بإحداث مجموعة الجماعات الترابية تهم مجال حفظ الصحة، ومشروع اتفاقية شراكة تتعلق باحداث مجموعة الجماعات الترابية تهم مجال الطرق والمسالك القروية.

وأكد رئيس المجلس في كلمته الافتتاحية على الأهمية التي تحظى بها مجالات حفظ الصحة والمسالك والطرق القروية، ودورها الحيوي المسهم في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية مستدامة.

وأوضح أن الخصاص المسجل في مجال حفظ الصحة خاصة بالمجال القروي، وضعف شبكة الطرق والمسالك القروية، أصبح يفرض “علينا بذل المزيد من الجهود وتعاضد إمكانات الجماعات الترابية من أجل تأهيل هذه المجالات وتحسين خدماتهما وتجويدها”.

وبعد نقاشات مستفيضة، خلص الاجتماع إلى موافقة ممثلي الجماعات الترابية مبدئيا على مشروع اتفاقيتي شراكة لإحداث المجموعتين، إضافة إلى خلق لجنة يوكل إليها مهمة الحسم في شأن الإطار التعاقدي الذي سيؤطر تدخل الشركاء والمرافق والخدمات التي سيتم استهدافها من قبل المجموعتين.
