استحقاق .. وزارة الداخلية تتوج نجاعة التدبير العمومي لجماعة تارودانت بمكافأة استثنائية

حظيت جماعة تارودانت، يوم الثلاثاء 07 دجنبر الجاري؛ بمكافأة خاصة من لدن وزارة الداخلية، تثمينا لنجاعة تدبيرها للشان المحلي للمدينة.

وعززت الوزارة بهذه المناسبة؛ خزينة الجماعة التي يشرف على تسييرها السيد عبد اللطيف وهبي؛ باعتمادات مالية قيمتها 820 مليون سنتيم.

ويأتي هذا الدعم الاستثنائي؛ تتويجا لمشاركة الجماعة في برنامج “تحسين اداء الجماعات الترابية”، الذي تشرف على تنفيذه المديرية العامة للجماعات المحلية بوزارة الداخلية بشراكة مع البنك الدولي والوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية.

واعتمد البرنامج على التقييم السنوي للأداء برسم سنة 2020 الذي ركز على مدى احترام الشروط الدنيا الإلزامية، منها: نشر القوائم المالية والمحاسبية، التقييم السنوي لتنفيذ برنامج عمل الجماعة، تحيين البرمجة الممتدة على ثلاث سنوات وإرفاقها بالميزانية، نشر البرنامج التوقعي للصفقات، تفعيل هيئة تكافؤ الفرص ومقاربة النوع وعقد اجتماعات دورية منتظمة لأعضائها.

وتجدر الاشارة، إلى أن برنامج “تحسين أداء الجماعات الترابية”؛ والمقرر لمدة 5 سنوات (2019-2023)، يهدف إلى تعزيز الحكامة الجيدة لدى الجماعات الترابية لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين والشركات.
