الأطر الصحية تطالب بالتعجيل بتصنيف كوفيد-19 مرضا مهنيا

طالبت الأطر الصحية وزارة الصحة يالتعجيل بتصنيف فيروس كوفيد-19 مرضا مهنيا، إضافة إلى الرفع من قيمة التعويض عن الأخطار المهنية، وتعميمه بالتساوي على الفئات بدء بمقدمي العلاج.
ودعت الجامعة الوطنية للصحة، في بلاغ لها، وزارة الصحة إلى صرف الشطر الثاني لمنحة كوفيد والرفع من قيمتها، وإنصاف المتضررين من توزيع الشطر الأول، بالإضافة إلى توفير الحماية والوقاية وظروف العمل الملائم ومجانية العلاج والخدمات الصحية للعاملين، مطالبة أيضا بإخراج تعويضات ساعات العمل الإضافية والتنقل، وعن العمل أيام السبت السابقة منذ بداية التلقيح، والإلغاء النهائي للعمل يوم السبت.

كما طالبت الأطر الصحية بالإفراج عن العطل الإدارية للموظفين لسنتي 2019 و2020، مع إمكانية الاستفادة من قيمتها المالية وبتسوية الملفات الفردية والجماعية المتأخرة، لكل الموظفات والموظفين، وصرف مستحقات الترقية، مشددة على ضرورة صرف تعويضات المسؤولية لجميع الممرضين الرئيسيين والأطباء والإداريين، منذ تاريخ استحقاقها، وصرف التعويضات عن الحراسة والإلزامية والمداومة المتأخرة في عدة مناطق، والرفع من قيمتها.
