On Wednesday, August 3, Mr. Abdellatif Wahbi, Secretary-General of the Authenticity and Modernity Party, received with deep sorrow and sadness the news of the passing of Mr. Samir Benabdallah, brother of Mr. Mohamed Nabil Benabdallah, Secretary-General of the Party of Progress and Socialism.
In the wake of this tragic loss, the Secretary-General offered his deepest condolences on the passing of the deceased.
In his message of condolence, the Secretary-General stated that he had received the news of the passing of the deceased, upon whom may God’s mercy be bestowed, with deep sorrow and grief.
In the wake of this tragedy, which is the will of God, “I extend, on my own behalf; on behalf of all members of the Political Bureau; the parliamentary groups in both chambers, both elected and non-elected members; and all the party’s activists, to the immediate and extended family of the deceased, my deepest condolences and most sincere words of sympathy.”
“I pray to God Almighty to grant the deceased His boundless mercy and forgiveness; to have mercy on him with His vast compassion; and to grant his family patience and solace. We belong to God, and to Him we shall return.”
