الإمارات العربية المتحدة ترفض ”أي مساس” بالوحدة الترابية للمغرب

جددت الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بنيويورك، دعمها للمبادرة المغربية للحكم الذاتي الهادفة إلى إيجاد حل نهائي لقضية الصحراء، رافضة ”أي مساس” بالوحدة الترابية للمملكة.

وأكدت ممثلة الإمارات، أمام اللجنة الرابعة للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، أن الإمارت العربية المتحدة ”تجدد التأكيد على دعمها لمبادرة الحكم الذاتي التي اعتبرها مجلس الأمن في قراراته بأنها جدية وذات مصداقية “.

وشددت على أن الأمر يتعلق بحل “هام يتماشى مع ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقرارات المنظمة، ويحفظ الوحدة الترابية للمملكة المغربية “.

وأبرزت الديبلوماسية قائلة أن افتتاح الإمارات لقنصلية عامة في الصحراء، على غرار بلدان أخرى، يترجم ”إيمان بلادي الراسخ بسيادة المملكة المغربية على الصحراء ”مع التشديد على رفض أي مساس بوحدتها الترابية”.

كما أشادت ممثلة الإمارات بالجهود ”الحثيثة” التي يبذلها المغرب لتحسين ظروف عيش سكان الصحراء المغربية، خاصة خلال انتشار الجائحة.

وبعدما جددت ترحيبها بعقد مائدتين مستديرتين سنتي 2018 و2019، دعت الإمارات العربية المتحدة من جديد إلى مواصلة دعم المسار السياسي تحت الإشراف الحصري للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ومبعوثه الشخصي.
