التعليم العالي.. مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع مرسوم يتعلق بمنح أجرة تكميلية للأساتذة الباحثين في الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان

صادق مجلس الحكومة في اجتماعه مؤخرا، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.23.548 بتغيير المرسوم رقم 2.90.471 الصادر في 7 جمادى الآخرة 1411 (25 دجنبر 1990) بمنح أجرة تكميلية للأساتذة الباحثين في الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان، قدمه وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية.

وأوضح بلاغ للوزارة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، أن هذا المشروع يندرج في إطار الملاءمة مع مقتضيات النظام الأساسي الخاص بهيئة الأساتذة الباحثين في الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان الذي تم تعديله تفعيلا لمضامين اتفاق الحوار الاجتماعي القطاعي الموقع بين الحكومة والنقابة الوطنية للتعليم العالي في 20 أكتوبر 2022.

وحسب البلاغ، يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تحديد مبلغ الأجرة التكميلية المخولة للدرجة “د” المحدثة ضمن إطار أستاذ التعليم العالي بموجب النظام الأساسي المذكور، وكذا تعويض تسمية “أستاذ التعليم العالي مساعد” بتسمية “أستاذ محاضر” الواردة في هذا النظام الأساسي.
