الجزولي: تحديات إفريقيا تتطلب تضافر الجهود واستجابة منسقة ومتضامنة

افتتحت أمس الأحد 06 دجنبر الجاري، عبر تقنية الفيديو، أشغال القمة الاستثنائية الـ 14 للاتحاد الإفريقي حول مبادرة “إسكات الأسلحة” بإفريقيا، بمشاركة الوفد المغربي الذي ترأسه الوزير المنتدب لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، محسن الجزولي.

وأوضح الوزير المنتدب إن تحديات الأمن والاستقرار التي تواجه إفريقيا، والتي تتجلى في تعدد النزاعات والأزمات، تتطلب من الجميع تضافر الجهود، واستجابة منسقة ومتضامنة.

واعتبر الجزولي أنه لتأكيد وتعزيز “إفريقيا التي نريد” القارة في حاجة إلى الأمن والاستقرار والسلام.

وأكد الجزولي إنه من أجل القيام بذلك، هناك ثلاثة محاور أساسية تتجلى في اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بشكل مشترك للقضاء على الإرهاب والتطرف الديني، ومنع الترويج غير المشروع للأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة، واعتماد سياسة الاتحاد بشأن عمليات دعم السلام ، على أساس الوضوح والحفاظ على المبادئ الأساسية لعمليات حفظ السلام.
