الجمعية المغربية لحماية المال العام تطالب بافتحاص الصفقات المبرمة خلال “كورونا”

طالبت الجمعية المغربية لحماية المال العام، الجهات المعنية بإجراء افتحاص شامل للصفقات العمومية التي تم إبرامها خلال فترة جائحة كورونا، خاصة الصفقات المتعلقة بوزارة الصحة، التي شهدت نقاشا واسعا داخل مجلس النواب.

وأشارت الجمعية في بيان لها عقب اجتماع تم عقده يوم الخميس 08 أكتوبر 2020، إلى غياب إرادة سياسية حقيقية لمواجهة الفساد والرشوة والريع في ظل استمرار الإفلات من العقاب، مع استمرار لوبي ومراكز الفساد في عرقلة كل المبادرات الهادفة إلى تخليق الحياة العامة، كما هو الشأن بالنسبة لتجريم الإثراء غير المشروع والإستراتيجية الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد.

كما سلطت الجمعية الضوء على ضعف العدالة في مواجهة المفسدين وناهبي المال العام، ويقظتها كلما تعلق الأمر بالنشطاء الحقوقيين والصحفيين، مبرزة أن استمرار الفساد ونهب المال العام والرشوة يساهم في ارتفاع نسب الفقر والهشاشة والفوارق الإجتماعية.
