الحكومة تصادق على مشروع المرسوم بتحديد عتبة الاستفادة من نظام الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر

صادق مجلس الحكومة، أمس الخميس 30 نونبر 2023، برئاسة رئيس الحكومة، عزيز أخنوش، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.23.1068 بتحديد عتبة الاستفادة من نظام الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر.

وذكر بلاغ للناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة أن هذا المشروع يندرج في إطار تنزيل مقتضيات القانون رقم 58.23 المتعلق بنظام الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر، ولاسيما المادة 3 منه، التي تنص على ضرورة استجابة الأسر الراغبة في الاستفادة من النظام المذكور للعتبة الموضوعة له، وتطبيقا لمقتضيات المادة 11 من القانون رقم 72.18 المتعلق بمنظومة استهداف المستفيدين من برامج الدعم الاجتماعي، وبإحداث الوكالة الوطنية للسجلات والتي نصت على أن لكل برنامج من برامج الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر عتبة محددة خاصة به.

ويحدد مشروع هذا المرسوم، حسب ما جاء في البلاغ ذاته، “عتبة نظام الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر في 9,743001 مما سيمكن من تغطية ما يناهز 60% من الساكنة غير المشمولة حاليا بالتعويضيات العائلية وفق القوانين والتشريعات الجاري بها العمل، والتي ستستفيد من إعانات الحماية من المخاطر المرتبطة بالطفولة والإعانة الجزافية المنصوص عليهما في القانون رقم 58.23 السالف الذكر”.
