الحمزاوي يحضر الدورة ال 16 للمجلس الإداري للوكالة الحضرية للناظور- الدريوش- جرسيف

عقدت؛ الوكالة الحضرية للناظور- الدريوش- جرسيف، دورتها السادسة عشرة للمجلس الإداري، وذلك بمقر عمالة الناظور، برئاسة المفتش العام بوزارة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة، وبحضور عمال الأقاليم المعنية، ومنتخبين من أبرزهم جمال الحمزاوي رئيس مجلس جماعة سلوان، وممثلي عدد من القطاعات الحكومية.

وشكل هذا الاجتماع فرصة لتقييم حصيلة منجزات الوكالة خلال سنتي 2023 و2024، حيث تمت المصادقة على التقريرين الأدبي والمالي، إضافة إلى برنامج العمل للسنة الجارية وخطة العمل التوقعية للفترة الممتدة بين 2025 و2027.

الاجتماع ينعقد في سياق التحولات الكبرى التي تعرفها المملكة، نتيجة للأوراش التنموية التي أطلقها الملك محمد السادس، ما يستوجب تعبئة كل الفاعلين في ميدان التعمير من أجل دعم الاستثمار وخلق فرص الشغل، وتقوية البنيات التحتية والخدمات الأساسية لتعزيز جاذبية أقاليم الجهة وقدرتها التنافسية.

واختتمت الأشغال بتأكيد المفتش العام على ضرورة تكريس التوافق المؤسساتي لتجاوز الإكراهات المرتبطة بالتدبير الحضري، وتحقيق توازن بين احترام القانون ومتطلبات الجمالية والسلامة، وتشجيع الاستثمار من خلال تسريع البت في ملفات التعمير.
