الداخلية تعلن عن إنجاز الصيغة الأولية للبوابة الوطنية للمساطر الإدارية

أعلن الوزير المنتدب لدى وزير الداخلية، نور الدين بوطيب، أنه تم إنجاز الصيغة الأولية للبوابة الوطنية للمساطر الادارية حسب الجدولة الزمنية المقررة، والتي ستمكن من نشر المساطر الإدارية المصادق عليها من طرف اللجنة الوزارية برئاسة رئيس الحكومة.

وأوضح الوزير المنتدب لدى وزير الداخلية، في إفادة قدمها أمام مجلس الحكومة امس الخميس 1 أبريل الجاري، حول تقدم أشغال تفعيل القانون 55.19 المتعلق بتبسيط المساطر الادارية، على ضرورة الإسراع بتحضير جميع المساطر الادارية والعمل على تحسيس الموظفين المكلفين باستقبال المرتفقين بالاحترام الكامل لمقتضيات القانون السالف الذكر.

وجدير بالذكر انه بعد طلب المعارضة دعا رئيس الحكومة، إلى الإسراع بتفعيل مقتضيات القانون رقم 55.19 المتعلق بتبسيط المساطر والإجراءات الإدارية، مطالبا كافة القطاعات الحكومية على اتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير وتعبئة الطاقات والموارد اللازمة لإنجاح تفعيل مقتضيات هذا القانون، سيما تلك المتعلقة بإعمال مبدأ شفافية المساطر والإجراءات المتعلقة بالقرارات الإدارية المقدمة للمرتفقين، من خلال جرد وتوثيق وتصنيف وتدوين المساطر والإجراءات المتعلقة بالقرارات الإدارية التي تقدمها للمرتفقين والتي تدخل في مجال اختصاصها.
