الدار البيضاء .. إحالة موظفين للشرطة على النيابة العامة بمحكمة الاستئناف في قضية تتعلق بالتزوير واستعماله في محررات رسمية (بلاغ)

أحالت الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية على النيابة العامة بمحكمة الاستئناف بالدار البيضاء، صباح اليوم السبت، موظفين للشرطة، برتبة مفتش ممتاز ومفتش شرطة يعملان بولاية أمن الدار البيضاء، وذلك بعد الانتهاء من إجراءات البحث المنجز معهما حول شبهة تورطهما في قضية تتعلق بالتزوير واستعماله في محررات رسمية والسرقة الموصوفة وانتهاك حرمة مسكن.

وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أن الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية كانت قد احتفظت بالشرطيين المشتبه فيهما تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية بأمر من النيابة العامة المشرفة على البحث، وذلك بعد الاشتباه في تورطهما في التزوير في محررات رسمية بعد تضمين معطيات وإفادات غير صحيحة في محاضر قانونية منجزة في إطار قضية تتعلق بالاتجار في المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، فضلا عن سرقة مبلغ مالي من مسكن خضع لإجراءات التفتيش دون احترام الشكليات والضمانات المقررة قانونا.

وأضاف المصدر ذاته أنه بالموازاة مع البحث القضائي الذي أشرفت عليه النيابة العامة المختصة، فقد أصدرت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني قرارا تأديبيا يقضي بتوقيف الشرطيين المشتبه فيهما عن العمل، وذلك في انتظار انتهاء إجراءات المسطرة القضائية الجارية في حقهما.
