الرباط.. توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين وزارة العدل وجمعية المحامين بسلطنة عمان وتوزيع شواهد التكوين بالمناسبة

في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين المملكة المغربية وسلطنة عمان في مجال القضاء وتبادل التجارب والخبرات، استقبل وزير العدل السيد عبد اللطيف وهبي؛ وفدا وازنا عن سلطنة عمان يتقدمهم سفير سلطنة عمان بالمغرب؛ معالي الدكتور سعيد بن محمد البرعمي؛ ونائب رئيس جمعية المحامين بسلطنة عمان؛ السيد حمد بن حمدان بن سيف الربيعي؛ وذلك يومه الخميس 23 فبراير الجاري بمقر وزارة العدل بالرباط، وبحضور رئيس جمعية المحامين بالمغرب، النقيب عبد الواحد الأنصاري.

هذا اللقاء شهد التوقيع على مذكرة تفاهم بين وزارة العدل بالمملكة المغربية وجمعية المحامين بسلطنة عمان إلى جانب، توزيع شواهد التكوين لفائدة المحامين بسلطنة عمان.

من جهته، رحب السيد وهبي بالوفد العماني؛ معبرا عن التقدير الكبير التي تحظى به سلطنة عمان لدى المغاربة والعلاقات الطيبة التي تجمع البلدين، والاهتمام المولوي لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس للتعاون المشترك مع سلطنة عمان في كافة المجالات.

كما أكد السيد وزير العدل على استعداد المملكة المغربية لتحقيق تقارب أكبر من خلال الإعداد لبرامج مستقبلية لتمكين كلا البلدين من توطيد العلاقات الثنائية في مجال القضاء، وتحقيق تقارب أكبر في المجالين القانوني والتشريعي والممارسة القضائية بين المؤسسات القضائية في المملكة المغربية ونظيرتها بسلطنة عمان.

بدوره، أثنى سفير سلطنة عمان بالمغرب على عمق العلاقات الوطيدة التي بلاده بالمملكة المغربية وبتوجيه وتتبع من لدن حضرة السلطان هيثم بن طارق، مؤكدا على أن هذه اللقاءات الثنائية بين البلدين تعزز قيم الصداقة والتعاون المشترك وتقوي جسور الثقة بين الشعبين الشقيقين.

وفي نفس الصدد، أفاد نائب رئيس جمعية المحامين بسلطنة عمان أن حضور الوفد العماني للمملكة المغربية كان جد مثمر من خلال تلقي عدد من المحامين تكوينا مهما في مجال المرافعات القضائية في القوانين الزجرية، ومرحبا بتنظيم زيارات تفقدية للمؤسسات التشريعية والقضائية المغربي؛ ونفس الأمر مع لنظيراتها العمانية بمسقط، من أجل آفاق جديدو للتعاون المشترك في مجال القضاء.
