السودان يعلن إجازة مشروع قانون إلغاء مقاطعة إسرائيل

أعلن وزير العدل السوداني نصر الدين عبد الباري ،إجازة مشروع قانون إلغاء مقاطعة إسرائيل القائم منذ 63 عاما.

وقال وزير العدل السوداني على حسابه على “تويتر”، إن “مجلسي السيادة والوزراء أجازا خلال اجتماع مشترك ،مشروع قانون إلغاء مقاطعة إسرائيل “.

وصادق مجلسا السيادة والوزراء بالسودان، أمس الإثنين، بشكل نهائي على مشروع يلغي قانون مقاطعة إسرائيل القائم منذ عام 1958.

ونقلت وكالة السودان للأنباء (سونا) عن عضو مجلس السيادة محمد الفكي سليمان، في تصريح صحفي، أن الاجتماع أجاز مجموعة من مشاريع القوانين.

واشار إلى أن الاجتماع ناقش كذلك إلغاء قانون المقاطعة مع إسرائيل والذي جاء نتيجة لثمرة نقاشات طويلة انتظمت مجلس الوزراء والمجلس السيادي”.

يذكر أن قانون مقاطعة إسرائيل كان قد سن عام 1958، ويقضي بحظر البضائع وجميع أنواع التعاون التجاري معها، وينص على عقوبات رادعة للمخالفين.
