الشبشالي يطالب بتقليص الفجوة الرقمية بالمناطق الجبلية والقروية

ثمن النائب البرلماني إدريس الشبشالي، نجاح فعاليات الدورة الثانية من معرض “جيتكس إفريقيا المغرب 2024″، الذي شكل منصة رائدة للنقاشات الثرية حول مستقبل التكنولوجيا، مع تقديم أحدث الابتكارات والحلول الرقمية العالمية.

وأكد النائب البرلماني في مداخلة له خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الاثنين 23 دجنبر 2024، أن تقليص الفجوة الرقمية في المناطق الجبلية والقروية بالمغرب أولوية استراتيجية لتحقيق تنمية شاملة ومستدامة، مشيرا إلى أن هذه المناطق، التي تواجه تحديات جغرافية واجتماعية واقتصادية، تحتاج إلى سياسات مبتكرة واستثمارات قوية في البنية التحتية الرقمية لضمان وصول سكانها إلى خدمات الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.

وقال النائب البرلماني، “لتحقيق ذلك يجب العمل على شراكات فعالة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وتشجيع الابتكار المحلي لتطوير حلول تتلاءم مع احتياجات وخصوصيات هذه المناطق”.

وأضاف النائب البرلماني “تقليص الفجوة الرقمية ليس مجرد تحدٍ تقني، بل هو رهان تنموي أساسي يضمن الإدماج الكامل لجميع المغاربة في الاقتصاد الرقمي العالمي”.

وأبرز النائب البرلماني أنه للحديث عن الرقمنة في المناطق القروية والجبلية يستوجب ضرورة تحقيق تغطية شاملة لشبكات الهاتف والأنترنيت كشرط أساسي.

وشدد النائب البرلماني على جميع الفاعلين في القطاع الالتزام، بناء على دفتر تحملات محدد، بتسريع توفير شبكات الاتصالات في المناطق الجبلية والقروية.
