الطاوس يعقد جلسة عمل لمناقشة التصور المعماري لمشروع تهيئة الساحة المركزية لمدينة ميضار

عقد عبد السلام الطاوس رئيس جماعة ميضار، يوم الأربعاء 27 فبراير 2019 بمقر الجماعة، جلسة عمل خُصصَت للاطلاع على التصور المعماري لمشروع تهيئة الساحة المركزية لمدينة ميضار، بناء على التوجيهات المنبثقة عن الزيارة الميدانية لكاتبة الدولة المكلفة بالإسكان، والتي قامت بها في الأيام القليلة الماضية رفقة كل من عامل إقليم الدريوش ورئيس المجلس الإقليمي.

وشارك في الإجتماع كل من باشا المدينة وأعضاء المجلس الجماعي لميضار، وبعض موظفي الجماعة ورئيس هيئة المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص ومقاربة النوع الاجتماعي، وبحضور مكتب الدراسات المكلف من طرف شركة العمران، وممثلة المديرية الجهوية لوزارة الإعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة لجهة الشرق.

وشكل الاجتماع مناسبة للإستماع إلى العرض الذي قدمه المهندس المعماري المكلف بإعداد التصور المعماري الأولي لمشروع تهيئة الساحة والوقوف على توجهاته، إضافة إلى تقديم جميع الحاضرين لملاحظاتهم حول المشروع المعروض على أنظارهم من أجل تجويد التصور المعماري للمشروع.

واستحسن المجتمعون العمل المقدم من طرف المهندس المعماري الذي يتوافق مع توجهات المجلس الجماعي لميضار، والأكثر من ذلك تم إقتراح إدماج تغييرات مهمة على المشروع موضوع الدراسة مع مطالبة المهندس المعماري بالانكباب على إدراج مختلف المقترحات المقدمة، وعرضه على أنظار رئيس المجلس وأعضاء اللجنة وفق التعديلات المقترحة من أجل اعتماده في أقرب الآجال، وذلك من أجل إعطاء الإنطلاقة الفعلية لعملية تمويل مختلف الأشغال المرتبطة بإخراجه إلى حيز الوجود.
