العبدي رئيس لجنة العرائض، يستقبل من قبل رئيس مجلس النواب.

استقبل السيد الحبيب المالكي رئيس مجلس النواب، يومه الاثنين 12 نونبر 2018 بمقر المجلس، أعضاء لجنة العرائض بمجلس النواب والتي تتكون من السيد رشيد العبدي رئيس اللجنة، وأعضاء اللجنة السادة عبد اللطيف ابن يعقوب ومحمد امغار وعمر عباسي.

وقد شكل اللقاء مناسبة، أطلع فيها أعضاء اللجنة السيد رئيس مجلس النواب على تقدم عمل اللجنة في إنضاج الشروط التقنية والإدارية والمسطرية من أجل تفعيل مقتضيات النظام الداخلي المتعلقة بدراسة العرائض التي يتقدم بها المواطنون والتي توجه للسيد رئيس مجلس النواب. وقد أكد أعضاء اللجنة على كامل الاستعداد للشروع في تلقي العرائض ودراستها طبقا للقوانين المنظمة، مع الإشارة إلى أهمية تبسيط تبادل المعطيات مع الحكومة من أجل ضمان نجاعة وسهولة ممارسة هذا الحق الدستوري.

من جهته، شدد السيد رئيس مجلس النواب على أن الديمقراطية التشاركية تعتبر من أهم المستجدات التي جاء بها دستور 2011، معربا عن انخراط المجلس بكافة مكوناته في ترسيخ المشاركة المواطنة عبر العرائض والملتمسات. وأوضح أنه بالتشاور مع السيد رئيس الحكومة، سوف يتم بحث سبل تسهيل المساطر وتبسيط تبادل المعطيات المرتبطة بتلقي العرائض الموجهة لمجلس النواب.

وتجدر الإشارة، إلى أن مجلس النواب قد شكل لجنة العرائض طبقا للمادة 33 من النظام الداخلي، والتي تنص على إحداث لجنة للعرائض من طرف مكتب مجلس النواب تتألف من أربعة أعضاء اثنان من الأغلبية واثنان من المعارضة. كما أن القانون رقم 44.14 بتحديد شروط وكيفيات ممارسة الحق في تقديم العرائض إلى السلطات العمومية ينص على إحداث لجنة للعرائض بمجلس النواب يناط بها دراسة العرائض الموجهة إلى المجلس.
