العبدي يسائل الأمين العام للحكومة حول حقيقة المصادقة على مشروع القانون رقم 22.20

وجه رشيد العبدي رئيس فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة، سؤالا كتابيا، إلى الأمين العام للحكومة، حول حقيقة مصادقة الحكومة على مشروع القانون رقم 22.20.

وقال العبدي في سؤاله الكتابي” تعيش الساحة الإعلامية والحقوقية والرأي العام على السواء، نقاشات كبرى حول مضمون مشروع القانون رقم 22.20 المتعلق باستعمال شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وشبكات البث المفتوح والشبكات المماثلة”، وأضاف” ونظرا لحجب موقع الأمانة العامة للحكومة لنص مسودة المشروع الأولية كما جرت العادة بذلك، وبسبب كذلك تضارب رأي أعضاء الحكومة حول مصير هذا المشروع، حيث وجود مراسلة رسمية من الأمانة العامة للحكومة تفيد بالمصادقة على نص المشروع خلال اجتماع المجلس الحكومي المنعقد بتاريخ 19 مارس 2020، مقابل صدور بيان من وزير الدولة المكلف بحقوق الإنسان والعلاقات مع البرلمان بنفي مصادقة الحكومة على نص المشروع ويقول بأن المشروع لايزال محط نقاش داخل لجنة تقنية ولجنة وزارية شكلتا لهذا الغرض بعد اعتراض عدد من الوزراء على بعض مضامينه”.

ومما سبق ذكره، “نسائلكم عن حقية مصادقة الحكومة على هذا المشروع”
