الغلبزوري: مجلس جهة طنجة يبذل جهودا كبيرة في تعزيز القدرات على التأقلم لمواجهة تغير المناخ وتبعاته

أكد؛ نائب رئيس مجلس جهة طنجة تطوان الحسيمة؛ عبد اللطيف الغلبزوري على جهود المجلس في تعزيز قدرات الجهة على التأقلم لمواجهة تغير المناخ وتبعاته؛ مشددا على أن التخطيط وتنفيذ مشاريع برنامج التنمية الجهوية يأخذ بعين الاعتبار الجانب البيئي، مع مراعاة المخاوف البيئية والتغيرات المناخية وأهداف التنمية المستدامة.

جاء ذلك خلال مشاركته أمس الخميس 18 أبريل الجاري؛ في أشغال اجتماع لجنة قيادة الشراكة المتوسطية للعمل المناخي المنعقد؛ بحضور مسؤولي الجهة؛ وممثلين عن 15 جهة عبر العالم؛ لتأكيد التزامهم بمكافحة التغيرات المناخية وتعزيز العمل المناخي.

ونوه الغلبزوري في هذا الصدد بالجهود المبذولة لتعزيز أجندة 2024-2026 وخطة عمل الشراكة، مؤكدا على أهمية العمل الجماعي والأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصيات كل منطقة.

هذا؛ وتحظى الشراكة المتوسطية للعمل المناخي بأهمية قصوى لدى الجهات المعنية ،حيث تكمن أهدافها في التصدي للتغيرات المناخية، والرفع من قدرة التكيف معها.
