الــبوابة “PAM.ma” تنشر النظام الأساسي للحزب بعد المصادقة عليه من طرف اللجنة الوطنية للقوانين والتحكيم

استنادا على مضمون المادة 165 من النظام الأساسي المصادق عليه بالمؤتمر الوطني الرابع، والتي تنص على أن نشر النظام الأساسي للحزب على البوابة الالكترونية للحزب، يتم بعد التصديق عليه من لدن اللجنة الوطنية للقوانين والتحكيم، وبناء على إحالة رسمية من السيد الأمين العام الأستاذ عبد اللطيف للنظام الأساسي على اللجنة الوطنية للقوانين والتحكيم المصادق على تعيين أعضائها خلال اجتماع المكتب السياسي المؤرخ في 30 أبريل 2020، وبناء على جواب اللجنة المؤرخ في 7 ماي الجاري والقاضي بالتصديق على النظام الأساسي؛ يتم نشر النظام الأساسي للحزب المصادق عليه بالمؤتمر الوطني الرابع المنعقد بداية فبراير بمدينة الجديدة بالبوابة الرسمية للحزب.
