القطاع البنكي … عجز السيولة يصل مستويات قياسية

كشف التقرير المتعلق بتنفيذ ميزانية سنة 2020 وإعداد مشروع قانون المالية لسنة 2021، عن عجز قياسي في السيولة النقدية للأبناك، حيث بلغ هذا العجز خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من السنة الجارية 90.8 مليار درهم.

وحسب نفس التقرير، فإن مستوى السيولة البنكية عرف توترات منذ بداية الأزمة الناجمة عن كوفيد 19، بسبب السحب غير المعتاد للودائع البنكية، غير أن ارتفاع الاحتياطات الدولية لبنك المغرب حد من وصول عجز السيولة مستويات أكبر

وعمد بنك المغرب إلى الرفع من تدخلاته في السوق النقدية حيث بلغت 114.3 مليار درهم في الفصل الثالث من 2020 مقابل 97.9 مليار درهم في الفصل الثاني، للحد من هذا العجز.

كما قام بنك المغرب في الأشهر الأخيرة بتعزيز نظام إعادة تمويل الأبناك عبر توسيع نطاق السندات والأوراق المالية التي يقبلها البنك المركزي وإمكانية اللجوء إلى كافة وسائل إعادة التمويل بالدرهم والعملات الأجنبية والرفع من وتيرة وآجال هذه العمليات.

اضافة الى تحرير الحساب الاحتياطي النقدي بشكل تام لفائدة الأبناك، حيث انتقل من 2 إلى 0 في المائة في شهر يونيو مما سمح من ضخ 12 مليار درهم في السوق النقدية.
