الكاميلي يدعو الحكومة إلى حماية حقوق الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة والنهوض بها

دعا عبد الرحيم الكاميلي، عضو فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين، وزارة الأسرة والتضامن للكشف عن ما تحقق من أهداف السياسة العمومية المندمجة للنهوض بحقوق الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة 2017-2021.

واعتبر الكاميلي، خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الثلاثاء 13 يوليوز 2021، أن القانون الإطار 97.13 المتعلق بحماية حقوق الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة والنهوض بها، إطارا عاما يوجه تدخل مختلف الفاعلين في المجال إضافة إلى إعداد الإطار التنظيمي المؤطر لتوظيف الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة بالقطاع العام، مؤكدا أن ما تم تحقيقه في هذا المجال يبقى غير كاف من أجل حماية حقوق الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة والنهوض بها وضمان كل شروط العيش الكريم لهم وتيسير السبل أمامهم.

وذكر المستشار البرلماني بالعناية الملكية السامية التي يوليها جلالة الملك محمد السادس لهذه الفئة، والمتضمنة في توجيهاته السامية الداعية إلى صيانة حقوقها وإدماجها الاجتماعي والمهني، داعيا الحكومة بجميع قطاعاتها إلى مساعدة هذه الشريحة على مواجهة الإكراهات والتحديات في مجال الولوج إلى العلاجات والتعليم وكذا اندماجها الاجتماعي والمهني.
