الكويت … الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح أميرا للبلاد

ذكر؛ تلفزيون الكويت اليوم السبت 16 دجنبر الجاري؛ أنه تم تعيين ولي العهد الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح أميرا للبلاد إثر وفاة الأمير نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح.

ونقل ذات المصدر عن بيان صادر عن مجلس الوزراء الكويتي أنه “عملا بأحكام الدستور والمادة الرابعة من القانون رقم 4 لسنة 1964 بشأن توارث الإمارة، فإن مجلس الوزراء ينادي يولي العهد حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ مشعل الاحمد الجابر الصباح أميرا لدولة الكويت”.

وكان الديوان الأميري قد نعى في وقت سابق اليوم أمير البلاد الشيخ نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح الذي توفي عن عمر ناهز 86 عاماً.

وأعلن مجلس الوزراء الكويتي الحداد لمدة 40 يوما وإغلاق الدوائر الرسمية لمدة ثلاثة أيام.

وتولى الأمير الجديد ولاية العهد في 08 أكتوبر 2020 بتزكية من شقيقه الراحل الشيخ نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح، ومبايعة مجلس الأمة الكويتي.
