المجلس الجماعي لسيدي رحال يصادق بالإجماع على تمويل وإنجاز البرنامج التكميلي لمعالجة السكن المهدد بالانهيار

طبقا لمقتضيات الظهير الشريف رقم 1.15.85 الصادر في 20 رمضان 1436 موافق (7 يوليوز 2015) بتنفيذ القانون التنظيمي رقم 113.14 المتعلق بالجماعات، ولا سيما المادة 33 منه، عقد مجلس جماعة سيدي رحال بإقليم قلعة السراغنة الذي يرأسه صلاح الدين واعمرو، يوم الخميس 05 دجنبر 2019 بقاعة الإجتماعات بمقر الجماعة، (عقد) دورته الاستثنائية، وذلك بحضور خليفة قائد باشوية سيدي رحال، وأعضاء المجلس الجماعي ومدير المصالح الجماعية، وبعض أطر وموظفي الجماعة.


وشهدت الدورة الاستثنائية للمجلس الجماعي سيدي رحال مناقشة النقطتين المدرجتين في جدول الأعمال، إذ صادق المجلس الجماعي بالإجماع على اتفاقية تتعلق بتمويل وإنجاز البرنامج التكميلي لمعالجة السكن المهدد بالانهيار باقليم قلعة السراغنة 2019-2021، وكذلك الموافقة على انضمام جماعة سيدي رحال إلى مجموعة الجماعات الترابية مراكش الخاصة بالنقل الحضري.
