المجلس الحكومي يصادق على مشروع مرسوم إحداث اللجنة الوطنية للتنمية الرقمية

انعقد أمس الخميس 09 نونبر 2023 مجلس للحكومة، تم خلاله تداول عدد من مشاريع القوانين والاطلاع على اتفاقيات دولية، إضافة إلى تعيين عدد من الشخصيات في مناصِب عليا طبقا للفصل 92 من الدستور.

وخلال الاجتماع، صادق مجلس الحكومة على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.23.951 بإحداث اللجنة الوطنية للتنمية الرقمية.

ويهدف هذا المرسوم إلى إحداث لجنة وطنية للتنمية الرقمية برئاسة السيد رئيس الحكومة، وتحديد أعضائها واختصاصاتها وكيفية اشتغالها، وذلك من أجل وضع إطار حكاماتي يسهم في وضع اللمسات الأخيرة على الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتنمية الرقمية، ومواكبة تنزيلها وضمان فعاليتها ونجاعتها.

وتتألف هذه اللجنة، التي تتولى مهام كتابتها الدائمة وزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة، بشكل متوازن من القطاع العام المتمثل في السلطات الحكومية والمؤسسات العمومية، وكذا من القطاع الخاص المتجسد في الهيئات المهنية والخبراء في مجال الرقمنة.
