المرابط يناقش مع ممثلي عمال النظافة بمرتيل تحسين أوضاعهم الاجتماعية

ناقش؛ النائب البرلماني عن دائرة المضيق الفنيدق- نائب رئيس مجلس جماعة مرتيل، محمد العربي المرابط؛ أول أمس السبت 01 مارس الجاري، مع ممثلي مجلس الأعمال الاجتماعية لعمال شركة ميكومار للنظافة بمرتيل، مطالب تتعلق بتحسين ظروف العمل والدعم الاجتماعي للعمال، لا سيما خلال شهر رمضان.

واجتمع المرابط مع وفد من مجلس الأعمال الاجتماعية للشركة المذكورة، ضم رئيسه عثمان الركراكي، ونائبه الثاني عبد الحميد المحمودي، وأمين المال محمد أحرشان، إضافة إلى المستشارين محمد الغيبوز وربيع شقرون.

وتركزت مطالب العمال حول دعم الترافع عن حقوقهم أمام الشركة والجماعة، وإبرام اتفاقية شراكة مع المجلس الجماعي، إلى جانب تقديم دعم خاص لهم خلال الشهر الفضيل.

كما طالبوا بتحسين التعامل مع حوادث الشغل وزيادة قيمة المساعدات الاجتماعية المقدمة لهم.

وبهذا الخصوص، أكد المرابط دعمه الكامل لمطالب العمال، مؤكدا التزامه بتحسين ظروف عملهم، وانفتاح المجلس الجماعي على التعاون مع الجمعيات الاجتماعية في إطار شراكات رسمية.

كما أعرب المرابط عن حرصه على إدراج الدعم الاجتماعي ضمن عقد التدبير المفوض القادم.

ورحب ممثلو مجلس الأعمال الاجتماعية بتفاعل المرابط مع مطالبهم، معربين عن شكرهم للجهود المبذولة لتحسين أوضاع عمال النظافة الذين يلعبون دورا أساسيا في خدمة ساكنة مدينة مرتيل.
