المغرب … توقيف أزيد من 624 ألف شخص لمخالفتهم قرار إجبارية ارتداء الكمامات في الأماكن العمومية

قال، الوزير المنتدب لدى وزير الداخلية، نور الدين بوطيب، إن المصالح الأمنية والسلطات المحلية أوقفت ما بين 25 يوليوز و23 أكتوبر 2020، حوالي 624 ألف و543 شخصا من المخالفين لقرار إجبارية ارتداء الكمامات بالأسواق والفضاءات العمومية.

وأشار بوطيب، في معرض إجابته على سؤال محوري بمجلس النواب حول “جائحة كورونا وتأثيرها على الجماعات الترابية ومختلف الأنشطة والمهن” و”تقييم فترة حالة الطوارئ الصحية وجهود التصدي لجائحة كورونا”، خلال الجلسة المنعقدة بعد زوال يوم الإثنين 26 أكتوبر الجاري، (أشار) إلى أن المصالح الأمنية والسلطات المحلية قامت خلال الفترة المشار إليها بتقديم حوالي 98 ألف شخصا أمام العدالة.

وأوضح بوطيب أن وزارة الداخلية واكبت جملة التدابير المتخذة في إطار حالة الطوارئ الصحية، حيث عملت السلطات المحلية على المساهمة في الحملات التحسيسية الواسعة المنظمة من طرف فعاليات المجتمع المدني بجميع تراب المملكة، وكذا توزيع عدد من الكمامات والمعقمات الكحولية على المواطنين بالمجان، إضافة إلى تنظيم دوريات من طرف السلطات المحلية على مستوى الأسواق والفضاءات العامة لمراقبة مدى احترام التدابير الاحترازية.

وفي سياق متصل، سجل بوطيب إلى أنه وبعدما لوحظ عدم التزام البعض بالتدابير الوقائية ومن أجل مزيد من الفاعلية في تدبير المرحلة، بادرت الحكومة إلى إصدار مرسوم يقر بالأداء الفوري للغرامات التصالحية الجزافية إلى الضابط أو العون المحرر للمحضر نقدا في حق المخالفين بمكان المعاينة.
