المغرب ينتخب نائبا لرئيس جمعيتي النواب العامين العرب

احتضنت مدينة القاهرة بدولة مصر، يوم الأحد 7 نونبر 2021، المؤتمر الدولي بشأن دور أجهزة النيابات العامة وهيئات الادعاء العام في مكافحة الجرائم عبر الوطنية، تحت رعاية الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية المصرية.

وشهدت هذه الدورة مشاركة رئاسة النيابة العامة بالمغرب، حيث يقود أحمد الوالي العلمي رئيس قطب الدعوى العمومية وتتبع تنفيذ السياسة الجنائية وفد رئاسة النيابة العامة في هذا المؤتمر الدولي.

وفي ذات السياق، أعيد انتخاب المغرب نائبا للرئيس في جمعية النواب العامين العرب ونائبا للرئيس عن شمال إفريقيا في جمعية المدعين العامين الافارقة. 

هذا، وقد تم تجديد الثقة في المكتب الحالي بما فيه الرئاسة مع اعتماد مذكرة تفاهم بين الجمعيتين المذكورتين.

وخلال هذه اللقاء الدولي، تم التداول بشأن نقط أخرى همت تبادل الخبرات والتجارب بين أعضاء جمعية النواب العامين العرب، فضلا عن اقتراح عدة مواضيع تهم الارهاب وغسل الاموال والاتجار بالبشر والتعاون القضائي الدولي لتكون محلا للنقاش في القادم من الدورات.

وعقدت النيابة العامة بمصر، المؤتمر والاجتماع السنوي الخامس عشر لجمعية النواب العموم الأفارقة، والمؤتمر والاجتماع السنوي الأول لجمعية النواب العموم العرب، اللذان ترأستهما النيابة العامة المصرية، وذلك خلال الفترة من 7 وحتى 9 نونبر الجاري.
