النائب أودمين لوزير الفلاحة: ما هي البرامج والمخططات التي أعدتها وزارتكم بهدف مواجهة التراجع المهول في الإنتاج الوطني للحبوب؟

أكد النائب البرلماني محمد أودمين؛ أن الأرقام المسجلة في الإنتاج المتوقع من الحبوب خلال الموسم الفلاحي الحالي؛ تؤكد التراجع الكبير الذي باتت تعرفه بلادنا مع توالي السنوات بسبب الجفاف وتحديات التغيرات المناخية، مسائلا وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات حول البرامج والمخططات التي أعدتها الوزارة بهدف مواجهة هذا التراجع المهول في الإنتاج الوطني للحبوب؟.

وذكر النائب البرلماني في مداخلة له خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين 22 يوليوز 2024، بالأرقام التي كشف عنها الوزير في السابق أن الإنتاج المتوقع من الحبوب خلال الموسم الفلاحي الحالي 2024/2023 يقدر بحوالي 31.2 مليون قنطار، مقابل 55.1 مليون قنطار خلال الموسم الفلاحي السابق مما يفيد أن هناك انخفاضا يقدر ب 43 بالمائة؛ هذا ناهيك عن تقلص المساحة المزروعة للحبوب خلال هذا الموسم بنسبة 33 بالمائة مقارنة بالسنة الماضية (3.67 مليون هكتار خلال الموسم الفارط و 2.47 مليون هكتار خلال الموسم الحالي).

وأشار أودمين أنه كان هناك كلام كثير في الآونة الأخيرة، حول استعدادات الوزارة لتبني سياسات وبرامج ومخططات جديدة بمقدورها أن تحسن التعامل مع هذه الظرفية والتغيرات المناخية الجديدة من قبيل: الحديث عن تطوير أصناف جديدة من الحبوب المقاومة للجفاف وطرق مبتكرة جديدة في الزراعة الذكية المستهلكة للماء بشكل اقتصادي جدا.
