النائب بوعزة يدعو وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية لتبسيط مسطرة تسليم المواد المستوردة وتقليص آجالها

نقل النائب البرلماني عبد الرحيم بوعزة، لوزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية، الإكراهات التي يواجهها المستثمرين مع التعقيدات الإدارية وتأخير الاَجال، مما ينعكس سلبا على المتعاملين والزبناء من حيث هدر الزمن وثقل كلفة تخليص البضائع المستوردة.

وأكد النائب البرلماني، في مداخلة وجهها للوزير خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين 24 يونيو 2024، أن مجموعة من المستثمرين تكون استثماراتهم موسمية والتأخير ينعكس على القطاع، مذكرا بمشكل تأخير برمجة الحاويات، والتي تصل إلى خمسة عشر يوما، وكذلك عدم التكافؤ في برمجة الحاويات بين الشركات مع الأداء بالعملة الصعبة، ومشكل تراكم رسوم التأخير، وكذلك عدم توفير الآليات اللوجستيكية الكافية لتسريع عملية خروج الحاويات.

كما تطرق النائب البرلماني لمشكل قلة الموارد البشرية داخل الميناء سواء بالنسبة للإدارة أو بالنسبة للشركات المتعاقدة والعاملة بالموانئ، مشددا على ضرورة مضاعفة الجهود لتطوير الخدمات المهمة التي يقدمها موظفي إدارة الجمارك، ويكون رهانها تحقيق مستويات أعلى من الفعالية وجودة الأداء فيما يخص عبور السلع.
