النائب محمد حماني: تقنين زراعة القنب الهندي ضروري لتحسين دخل المزارعين وتنمية الاقتصاد

أكد النائب البرلماني عن دائرة العرائش، محمد حماني، على أهمية تقنين زراعة القنب الهندي في المغرب، واصفاً إياه بـ”مصدر دخل هام للمزارعين في المنطقة”.

جاء ذلك، خلال أشغال يوم دراسي نظمته مؤسسة ذاكرة جبالة حول موضوع “زراعة القنب الهندي بالمغرب: مقاربات متعددة” وذلك بشراكة مع شعبة القانون بالكلية، وماستر شمال المغرب المتوسطي: التاريخ والمجتمع بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بتطوان، وبدعم من جماعة العرائش والقصر الكبير والمجلس الإقليمي.

واعتبر السيد حماني، أن تقنين زراعة القنب الهندي من شأنها أن تسهم في تحسين جودة المنتجات وحماية المستهلكين، مشيراً إلى أن تقنين الزراعة سيخلق فرص عمل جديدة ويُسهم في تنمية الاقتصاد المحلي.

وشدد النائب على ضرورة توعية المزارعين بمخاطر الاستخدام غير المشروع للقنب الهندي، مؤكداً على أهمية التعاون بين جميع الأطراف المعنية لضمان نجاح تقنين زراعة القنب الهندي في المغرب.

وأشار النائب إلى أن تقنين زراعة القنب الهندي سيُسهم في تحسين ظروف عيش المزارعين في منطقة الشمال، معتبراً أن تقنين الزراعة سيُساعد في محاربة الفقر والبطالة في المنطقة.
